西恩· 霍尔是伦敦大学金史密斯学院设计系副主任及情境研究项目负责人。他此前曾在牛津大学贝利奥尔学院担任哲学讲师。作为一名实践艺术家， 他曾在英国维多利亚和阿尔伯特博物馆（the V&A）， 皇家学院（the Royal Academy） 和伦敦白教堂画廊（the White- chapel Gallery）举办画展。
